I didn't want to leave, so do recommend this hotel. It was a well-maintained and pretty standard venue in a central area, adjacent to the main railway and many restaurants, Frankfurt and the surrounding area, and exhibition center and central metro station. The staff members were all CUSTOMER-FOCUSED and genuinely helpful. Also, location was easy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an art gallery.

the front desk staff were helpful the hotel location on the river , big hotel, good breakfast
the rooms on the river side were not up to date (TV from the 80's) needing a lot of remodeling , the concierge were not at the desk all the time, the hotel is understaffed, at the time the hotel restaurant couldn't handle the amount of guest that they opened another conference room to act as a breakfast area 2

Special price for a good central location. That was exactly what I was expecting. Employees address you in English at all times, which is also convenient for foreigners.
Though I had a non smoking room, the smell of smoke coming from other guests in other rooms communicate to your room thru the ventilation in the bathroom. The room was smelling strongly - even the doorman was supresided when delivering my bag. As you get a very special price, the staff treats you 'cheap' as if you can't afford the place.

Swift professional handling of check-in, check-out. Very convenient situated in proximity of stock exchange, city, trade fair, railway station, etc.
The parking fee is borderline robbery.

The staff were all amazing. The concierges knew absolutely everything about the city and Nicholas at the front desk was lovely and went above and beyond for us. Our room was larger than expected (Club Studio which we later upgraded to Club Suite) and we were extremely well looked after. Location on the river was wonderful and a short walk for shopping
The WiFi reception in the club lounge could have been a little stronger on the balcony
